At Mayfairsilk, we stand behind the quality of our Grade 6A mulberry silk and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction with your luxury bedding. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Silk

  Carefully place the unused silk items back into their original signature gift box and protective tissue paper to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the parcel back to our UK-based quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the items to confirm they meet our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
